- 9.2 Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of a sub-grant agreement (AC-5650) with Washoe County, allowing the City of Sparks to receive reimbursement for personnel costs in the amount of $9,446.56 incurred while participating in the statewide Silver Crucible Exercise held on November 12-14, 2019.
