The Court is requesting approval of Judge Pro Tempore list for calendar year 2020.

Background:

Pro Tempore judges are utlized by the Municipal Court in the event that a judge is unavailable to hear matters due to illness, vacation, mandatory judicial training, attendance at judicial conferences and/or recusal of a case. Pro Tempore judges are necessary to fulfill the legal requirement of case processing and timely disposition. This recommendation established a list of Pro Tempore judges for the calendar year 2020.
