• 5.9 Consideration and possible approval of reimbursement to the City of Reno in the amount of $121,227.48 for Sparks’ share of a bid awarded to Spanish Springs Construction, Inc. by the City of Reno for pavement reconstruction at Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation Facility (TMWRF). (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
