- 9.1 Consideration and possible acceptance of a donation from the Dahl family to the Sparks Police Department for the Homeless Outreach and Proactive Engagement (HOPE) team for homeless outreach projects, in the amount of $10,000.00.
- 9.2 Consideration, discussion and possible approval to renew the Forensic Support Service Agreement (AC-5583) for fiscal year 2020/2021, with the Washoe County Sheriff's Office, in the amount of $689,500. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
- 9.3 Consideration and possible approval of an interlocal agreement (AC-5692) between the City of Reno, Washoe County, and the City of Sparks, for the management and disposition of a 2020 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award for law enforcement training, equipment and/or personnel overtime expenses, in the amount of $161,256, with Sparks' allocation being $32,251. - 10.1 Public Hearing, consideration and possible approval of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (AC-5698) between the City of Sparks and the Association of Sparks Fire Department Classified Chief Officers for the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 for an estimated amount to the City $32,600 in FY21, $32,600 in FY22 and $32,600 in FY23. - 10.2 Public Hearing, consideration and possible approval of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (AC-5699) between the City of Sparks and the Sparks Police Supervisory Protective Association, Sergeants (SPSPA) for the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 for an estimated cost to the City of $54,000 in FY21, $54,000 in FY22 and $54,000 in FY23.
