• 9.2 Consideration, discussion and possible approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Disposition and Development Agreement (AC-5431) between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sparks, the City of Sparks and SWD Partners, LLC to provide SWD Partners, LLC the option to construct apartments at 955 C Street and, at a later date, request City of Sparks approval to convert the apartments to condominium units. • 9.3 First Reading of Bill No. 2732, an Ordinance to annex into the City of Sparks real property approximately 3.47 acres in size located at 3650 Wedekind Road, Washoe County, NV. (PCN17-0035)
