Title: Consideration, discussion and possible approval of an application for a Gaming license for Winner’s Gaming, Inc., DBA Jacksons #163 located at 295 Sparks Blvd., Sparks, NV submitted Mr. Robert Gene King.

Petitioner/Presenter: Mr. Robert Gene King resides at 10 Moonbeam Ct., Sparks, NV./Chief of Police Brian Allen

Recommendation: It is recommended that Council approve Mr. Robert Gene King’s application for a Gaming license contingent upon approval from State of Nevada Gaming Control Board, the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI/CJIS that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.

Financial Impact: : $30.00 x 3 = $90.00 Quarterly. There will be 3 multi denomination coin-operated machines.

Background:

Mr. Robert Gene King is applying for a Gaming License for Winner’s Gaming, Inc., DBA Jacksons #163, located at 295 Sparks Blvd., Sparks, NV. Mr. Robert Gene King has been the president of Winner’s Gaming Inc. since 1986. Prior to him being a president of Winner’s Gaming, Inc., Mr. Robert Gene King worked as a route driver for J & J Novelty from January 1984 to June 1986, and as a framer for K & K Builders from December 1982 to January 1984, located at 5500 Goldenrod Drive, Reno, NV.

Analysis:

Mr. Robert Gene King has complied with all existing Ordinances and requirements.

Alternatives:

Council may approve or disapprove this application.

Recommended Motion:

I move to approve Mr. Robert Gene King’s application for a Gaming license for Winner’s Gaming, Inc., DBA Jacksons #163 located at 295 Sparks Blvd., Sparks, NV contingent upon the approval from State of Nevada Gaming Control Board, location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
