- 9.2 Consideration, discussion and possible approval of re-activating the city's membership in the National League of Cities for calendar year 2018 with a dues payment not to exceed $7,816 and direction to the City Manager to identify funding for this unbudgeted expense. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
- 9.3 Consideration, discussion and possible acceptance of the report on the regional bike share program from the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County and consideration of supporting a dockless bike share pilot program and the RTC’s Transportation Alternative grant application for a regional smart bike/station based bike share program.
