- 9.3 Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of an interlocal contract (AC-5754) between the State of Nevada and City of Sparks for assistance in fighting wildland fires from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023, in the amount of $45,596.00 per fiscal year or a total amount of $91,192.00. - 9.5 Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of a Cooperative Local Public Agency Agreement (AC-5755) with the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) for grant funding for the purchase of traffic calming equipment with a potential cost of $35,790.00 in fiscal year 2021, with a NDOT reimbursement not to exceed $34,000. - 9.6 Consideration, discussion, and possible ratification of the sixth amendment and extension of agreement (AC-5661) for services between Well Care Services Reno, LLC, City of Sparks, City of Reno, Washoe County, and Washoe County Health District for the provision of short-term housing services for isolation or quarantine of individuals residing in Washoe County who have tested positive for COVID-19 or are suspected of having COVID-19, in a total amount up to $100,000.00 with the City of Sparks's share being 15 percent of the total unreimbursed cost.
