- 9.1 Consideration, discussion and possible adoption of Resolution No. 3331 to augment the FY18 budget by $19,092,244 in various funds to provide appropriations for capital projects approved, but not completed in prior years. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
- 9.2 Consideration, discussion and possible adoption of Resolution No. 3332 to augment the FY18 budget by $800,000 in the Development Services Enterprise Fund to provide appropriations for higher than expected professional services costs. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
- 9.3 Consideration, discussion and possible approval of funding allocation of $249,500 for FY 18 and FY 19 as recommended by the Tourism and Marketing Committee for 2018 special events. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)

- 9.8 Consideration, discussion and possible action on a tentative map request for a 459-lot single-family subdivision on a site 118.45 acres in size in the NUD (New Urban District – Stonebrook Planned Development) zoning district located south of La Posada Drive, north of the Pioneer Meadows Planned Development and west of the Wingfield Springs Planned Development, Sparks, Nevada (PCN18-0007/STM18-0004).
