• 9.3 Consideration and possible approval of a construction contract (AC-5419) for the Victorian Square Infrastructure-Phase 1 Project, Bid No. 17/18-008, PWP #WA-2018-010, in the amount of $634,000 to Q & D Construction, Inc. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
