- 11.1 SECOND READING, Public Hearing, consideration of and possible action on Bill No. 2724, an Ordinance for voluntary annexation into the City of Sparks of two parcels totaling 3.47 acres in size located at 3650 Wedekind Road. Upon annexation, the parcels shall convert from a Washoe County zoning designation of E-1 (Estate Residential 15,000 sq. ft.) to City of Sparks SF15 (Residential Single Family, 2.9 units per acre) zoning. - 11.2 SECOND READING, Public Hearing, consideration and possible action on Bill No. 2725, an ordinance to rezone two parcels totaling 3.47 acres in size located at 3650 Wedekind Road, Sparks, Nevada from SF15 (Residential Single Family, 2.9 units per acre) to SF6 (Residential Single Family, 7.26 units per acre). (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
