- 6.7 FIRST READING of Bill No. 2676, an ordinance amending Title 9 Section 9.34.083 and Title 5 Section 5.08.020 of the Sparks Municipal Code to provide a vendor permitting process for vendors participating in special events in Sparks; and providing other matters properly related thereto.
