Title: Consideration and possible approval of an application for a Gaming license for Nevada Casino Holdings, LLC dba Bourbon Street Casino & Hotel, LLC, located at 1040 Victorian Ave., Sparks, NV, 89431, submitted by Mr. Thomas James Reinhard.

Recommendation: It is recommended that Council approve Mr. Reinhard’s application for a Gaming license contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI/CJIS that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions, and upon issuance of a gaming license by Gaming Control Board.
Financial Impact: : $120.00 x 300 = $36,000.00 annually. There will be one hundred penny, twenty-five nickel, sixty-five quarter, ten dollar, and one hundred multi- denominational gaming machines. There will be 38 to 41 of the multi-denominational gaming machines that will be bar-top, with the remainder being upright.

Background:
Mr. Thomas James Reinhard is applying for an unrestricted Gaming license for Nevada Casino Holdings, LLC dba Bourbon Street Casino & Hotel, LLC, the location which was formerly known as the Silver Club. Mr. Reinhard has been one of the owners of all properties since the purchase and now will be the Managing Member for the Nevada properties. For 20 years, Mr. Thomas James Reinhard was the CFO for Wendy’s of Colorado Springs, Inc.
Analysis: Mr. Reinhard has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements. The gaming license is contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
Alternatives: Council may approve or disapprove this application.
Recommended Motion: I move to approve Mr. Reinhard’s application for a Gaming license for Nevada Casino Holdings, LLC dba Bourbon Street Casino & Hotel, LLC, located at 1040 Victorian Ave., Sparks.
