• 6.2 Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of the contract (AC-SRA-320) for the 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Street Improvements - Federally Funded Project, Bid No. 19/20-020, PWP-WA-2020-146 to Sierra Nevada Construction in the amount of $496,007.00, comprised of $257,007.00 from the City of Sparks and $239,000.00 from the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sparks, Redevelopment Area 1 funds. • 6.3 Consideration, discussion, and possible approval to transfer $1,111,580 from the Redevelopment Agency Area #2 Revolving Fund to the City of Sparks General Fund to reimburse advancement of funds received from the City’s General Fund during fiscal years 2012-2013 and 2013-2014.
