The Stonebrook Village B2 final map will create 60 residential lots within the Stonebrook Planned Development. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
Stonebrook Village B2 Subdivision will be generally located south of La Posada Drive and west of the Stonebrook Parkway. This new subdivision will create 60 residential lots on 11.92 acres. The developer will be Toll Nevada.
The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking, and inspection fees have been paid. A performance bond has been filed with the City Clerk to guarantee the construction of the public improvements.
- City Council could approve the final map as outlined by Staff.
- City Council could reject the final map and provide direction to the City Manager.
I move to approve the final map for Stonebrook Village B2 Subdivision as presented by staff.
