Background:
The City has one appointment available to the Sparks Arts and Culture Advisory Committee for a partial term ending 11/6/2020.
An announcement of the vacancy was made throughout the April and May 2019 council meetings.
Several people have submitted Community Service Applications expressing interest in serving on the board.
Mayor Smith has conducted brief interviews with the applicants and will announce his recommendation for appointment at the meeting. Council must confirm the appointment.
