The Liam 7 final map will create 7 residential lots. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
Liam 7 Subdivision will be generally located east of Spanish Springs Road, west of Sparks Boulevard and south of Bria Circle. This new subdivision will create 7 residential lots on 1.97 acres. The developer will be Liam 7, LLC.
The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking and inspection fees have been paid. A performance bond has been filed with the City Clerk to guarantee the construction of the public improvements.
- City Council could approve the final map as outlined by Staff.
- City Council could reject the final map and provide direction to the City Manager.
I move to approve the final map for Liam 7 Subdivision as presented by staff.
