Announcement of vacancies on the Airport Noise Advisory Panel was recently made at several council meetings.

AIRPORT NOISE ADVISORY PANEL – 2-YEAR TERM

The City of Sparks has three appointments to the Airport Noise Advisory Panel which assesses information on airport noise problems, assists in coordination between land use activities and the activities of the airport, and promotes greater communication regarding airport noise among the various public bodies.

Mayor Smith has recommended that Laurance Wilson be appointed to the Airport Noise Advisory Panel, for a 2-year term which will begin April 8, 2019.

Recommended Motion:

I move to confirm the appointment of Laurance Wilson to the Airport Noise Advisory Panel for a two year term that expires April 8, 2021.
