The Stonebrook Village C1 final map will create 129 residential lots within the Stonebrook New Urban District. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
Background:
Stonebrook Village C1 Subdivision will be generally located south of La Posada Drive and west of the existing Cimarron Subdivision. This new subdivision will create 129 residential lots on 16.64 acres. The developer will be RRW Stonebrook, LLC.
Analysis:
The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking and inspection fees have been paid. A performance bond has been filed with the City Clerk to guarantee the construction of the public improvements.
Alternatives:
- City Council could approve the contract as outlined by Staff.
- City Council could reject the contract and provide direction to the City Manager.
Recommended Motion:
I move to approve the final map for Stonebrook Village C1 Subdivision as presented by staff.
