The Fountainhouse at Victorian Square, Phase 2 final map will create 16 residential condominium lots. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
Background:
The Fountainhouse at Victorian Square, Phase 2 subdivision will be generally located east of 13th Street and north of Avenue of the Oaks. This subdivision will create 16 residential condominium lots on 15,480 square feet. The developer will be SWD – Quarry FVS, LLC.
Analysis:
The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking fees have been paid. The inspection fees will be assessed through a street cut permit for public infrastructure improvements.
Alternatives:
- City Council could approve the contract as outlined by Staff.
- City Council could reject the contract and provide direction to the City Manager.
Recommended Motion:
I move to approve the final map as presented by staff.
