The Vicenza – Phase 2, Bolzano, Cortina and Merano at D’Andrea Subdivision final map will create 107 residential lots within the D’ Andrea New Urban District. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
Background:
The Vicenza – Phase 2, Bolzano, Cortina and Merano at D’Andrea Subdivision is a continuation of the D’ Andrea New Urban District. The Vicenza – Phase 2, Bolzano, Cortina and Merano at D’Andrea Subdivision will be generally located east of South D’ Andrea Parkway. This subdivision will create 107 residential lots on 21.57 acres. The developer will be Lennar Reno, LLC.
Analysis:
The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking and inspection fees have been paid. A performance bond has been filed with the City Clerk to guarantee the construction of the public improvements.
Alternatives:
- City Council could approve the contract as outlined by Staff.
- City Council could reject the contract and provide direction to the City Manager.
Recommended Motion:
I move to approve the final map as presented by staff.
