Title: Consideration and possible approval of an application for a Gaming license for Dynasty Games, dba Prater Way Market located at 2100 Prater Way, Sparks, NV submitted by Mr. Roger Lynn Fuller.

Recommendation: It is recommended that Council approve Mr. Roger Lynn Fuller’s application for a Gaming license contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI/CJIS that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
Financial Impact: : $30.00 x 3 = $90.00 quarterly. There will be 2 penny and 1 multi denomination coin operated machines.

Background:

Mr. Roger Lynn Fuller is applying for a Gaming License for Dynasty Games, dba Prater Way Market located at 2100 Prater Way in Sparks, Nevada.  Mr. Roger Lynn Fuller has been the owner of Dynasty Games for 28 years.  Prior to owning and operating Dynasty Games, Mr. Roger Lynn Fuller was the owner of the 7-11 store #16235 from September, 1976, to May, 1998 located at 5700 Sun Valley Drive, Reno, Nevada.  



Analysis:

Mr. Roger Lynn Fuller has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements.



Alternatives:

Council may approve or disapprove this application.



Recommended Motion:

I move to approve Mr. Roger Lynn Fuller's application for a Gaming license for Dynasty Games, dba Prater Way Market located at 2100 Prater Way, Sparks, NV contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
