The Upper Highlands at Cimarron East Phase 4 Final Map will create 41 residential lots within the Upper Highlands at Cimarron East Planned Development. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
Background:
The Upper Highlands at Cimarron East Phase 4 Subdivision is a continuation of the Upper Highlands at Cimarron East Planned Development. The Phase 4 subdivision will be generally located east of Desert Fox Drive and south of La Posada Drive. This subdivision will create 41 residential lots on 36.43 acres. The Developer will be TL Highlands, L.P.
Analysis:
The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking and inspection fees have been paid. A performance bond has been filed with the City Clerk to guarantee the construction of the public improvements.
Alternatives:
The City Council may or may not approve the final subdivision map as submitted by the developer.
