Title: Consideration and possible approval of an application for a Gaming license for FT Pub IV, LLC dba Flowing Tide Pub, located at 1450 E. Prater Way, Sparks, NV 89434, submitted by Mr. Jason Christopher Tolotti.

Petitioner/Presenter: Mr. Jason Christopher Tolotti resides at 2555 W. Lakeridge Shores, Reno, NV 89519./Chief of Police Brian Allen

Recommendation: It is recommended that Council approve Mr. Tolotti’s application for a Gaming license contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI/CJIS that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions, and upon issuance of a gaming license by Gaming Control Board.

Financial Impact: $120.00 x 15 = $18,000.00 annually. There will be fifteen multi- denominational, bar-top slot machines.

Background: Mr. Jason Christopher Tolotti is applying for a Gaming license for FT Pub IV, LLC dba Flowing Tide Pub, located at 1450 E. Prater Way, the location which was formerly known as Sparky’s Sports Bar. Mr. Tolotti has applied with the State Gaming Commission and is application is currently pending. Mr. Tolotti has been a manager at Flowing Tide Pub & Grill since 2000. He is currently responsible for 3 locations in Reno. He is also the manager of Sasquatch Tavern in Verdi, NV.

Analysis: Mr. Tolotti has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements.

Alternatives: Council may approve or disapprove this application.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve Mr. Tolotti’s application for a Gaming license for FT Pub IV, LLC dba Flowing Tide Pub, located at 1450 E. Prater Way, Sparks, NV contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
