The annual operating plans do not change the negotiated terms of the cooperative agreement.

Alternatives: 1)Council can choose to not approve the annual operating plan between the Sparks Fire Department and the Reno Fire Department. 2)Council can accept the recommended motion.

Recommended Motion: Move to approve the proposed annual operating plan between the Sparks Fire Department and the Reno Fire Department.
