Project: Alf Sorensen Natatorium Renovation

Description: Renovation of the natatorium in the Alf Sorensen Community Center at 1400 Baring Boulevard, Sparks, NV, including select demolition of finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, hauling and disposal of debris; construct new ceiling; modify mechanical and electrical systems; replace doors, windows and light fixtures; perform drywall and plaster, painting, roofing, building control system, and other work for a complete demolition and interior renovation. No hazardous materials requiring removal or abatement have been identified within the construction area. The project is subject to a delayed start of construction to permit ordering and delivery of materials prior to construction in June, 2014.
