Project: North Truckee Ditch Rehab

Description: Demolish the existing parking lot, construct a protective cap on the existing storm drain pipe where it is needed, regrade and repave the parking lot, as well as add additional improvements to the site such as catch basins, valley gutters, pedestrian ramps, and driveway depressions for vehicles to access the site. A portion of this project is within NDOT’s Right of Way (ROW) limits and will need to conform to their construction standards.
