| Description: The primary objectives of this request for proposal (RFP) shall be to provide data necessary for the evaluation of competitive proposals that will result in shortlisting of proposers for interviews, by which at the conclusion of the interview process the City may enter into an preconstruction services agreement with the most qualified proposer in accordance with the “Proposal and Interview Evaluation Process” described in the Special Conditions.
