Agenda Item Brief: This Resolution establishes the Council's right to appoint private sector citizens to the WNDD Board of Directors per the by-laws of the WNDD.
Background: On September 24, 2012, the Sparks City Council approved membership into the WDNN and appointed Council members to serve on the Board of Directors. This Resolution provides for the appointment of private sector citizens from Sparks to serve as additional members on the WNDD Board of Directors.
