Title: Consideration and possible approval of the minutes of the regular Sparks City Council meeting for May 14, 2012 and the budget public hearing on May 15, 2012 (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)

Recommendation: Approve the Sparks City Council minutes from the May 14, 2012 regular meeting and the May 15, 2012 Budget Public Hearing.

Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the regular City Council meeting of May 14, 2012 and the Budget Hearing of May 15, 2012.

Background: Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives: The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the regular Sparks City Council meeting of May 14, 2012 and the Budget Public Hearing meeting of May 15, 2012 as submitted.
