The Stonebrook Village D2 final map will create 85 residential lots within the Stonebrook New Urban District. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
Background:
Stonebrook Village D2 Subdivision will be generally located south of La Posada Drive and west of Stonebrook Parkway. This new subdivision will create 85 residential lots on 15.04 acres. The developer will be Toll NV Limited Partnership.
Analysis:
The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking and inspection fees have been paid. A performance bond has been filed with the City Clerk to guarantee the construction of the public improvements.
Alternatives:
- Council could approve the final map as outlined by Staff.
- Council could reject the final and provide direction to the City Manager.
Recommended Motion:
I move to approve the final map for Stonebrook Village D2 Subdivision as presented by staff.
