- 9.1 Consideration, discussion, and possible acceptance of grant funding from the Reno Rodeo Association in the amount of $120,000 to assist in the design and construction costs associated with the Sparks Marina All Abilities Playground. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
- 9.2 Consideration, discussion and possible approval of a three (3) year service and licensing agreement (AC-5624) with iland Internet Solutions Corporation for a real-time cloud backup service in the amount of $104,470.92/per year, for a total of $313,412.76. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
- 9.3 Consideration and possible approval of Bill No.2768, creating an ordinance authorizing the issuance by the City of Sparks, Nevada of its Tourism Improvement District No. 1 (Legends at Sparks Marina) Senior Sales Tax Anticipation Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019A in the maximum principal amount of $86,000,000, its Tourism Improvement District No. 1 (Legends at Sparks Marina) Subordinate Sales Tax Anticipation Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019B (Tax-Exempt) in the maximum principal amount of $11,500,000 and its Tourism Improvement District No. 1 (Legends at Sparks Marina) Subordinate Sales Tax Anticipation Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019C (Taxable) in the maximum principal amount of $4,500,000; authorizing the execution and delivery of specified agreements, documents and instruments in connection therewith; providing other matters relating thereto; and providing for its adoption as if an emergency exists. - 9.4 For consideration and possible approval of a Memorandum of Understanding (AC-5625) between the City of Sparks and Sparks Legends Development, Inc., relating to certain provisions of the Disposition, Development and Financing Agreement, effective March 20, 2006, and amended and restated April 2, 2008, by and among the City of Sparks, the City of Sparks Redevelopment Agency, and Sparks Legends Development, Inc. pertaining to the City of Sparks, Nevada Tourism Improvement District No. 1 (Legends and Sparks Marina).
