Title: Consideration and possible approval of an application for a gaming license for Role Model LLC, DBA Cantina Los Tres Hombres, Victorian Square, located at 926 Victorian Avenue Sparks, Nevada 89431 submitted by Justin Steven Quinton.

Recommendation: Recommend Council approve Justin Steven Quinton’s application for a Gaming license contingent upon the approval from the State of Nevada Gaming Control Board, location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI/CJIS that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.

Financial Impact: $30.00 x 8 = $240.00 annually. There will be eight (8) multi-denomination coin-operated machines.

Background:

Justin Steven Quinton is applying for a Gaming license for Role Model LLC, DBA Cantina Los Tres Hombres, Victorian Square. Mr. Quinton has been the sole owner of Role Model, LLC since 2007, and the president of Western Pallet Supply since 2014. Mr. Quinton has also been employed in the gaming and entertainment industry for the the past twelve years, working for Flowing Tide Pubs 1 and 2 and TGI Friday’s in Reno.

Analysis:

Justin Steven Quinton has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements.

Alternatives:

Council may approve or disapprove this application.

Recommended Motion:

I move to approve Mr. Quinton’s application for a Gaming license for Role Model LLC, DBA Cantina Los Tres Hombres, Victorian Square, located at 926 Victorian Avenue Sparks, Nevada, contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
