Title: Consideration and possible approval of an application for a Gaming license for United Coin Machine Company dbat Raley’s #110, located at 2389 Wingfield Hills Dr., Sparks, NV, 89436, submitted by Mr. Robert Alvin Woodson .

Recommendation: It is recommended that Council approve Mr.Woodson’s application for a Gaming license contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI/CJIS that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions, and upon issuance of a gaming license by Gaming Control Board.
Financial Impact: : $120.00 x 10 = $1,200.00 annually. There will be ten, multi-denominational, upright Poker machines.

Background: Mr. Robert Alvin Woodson is applying for an unrestricted Gaming license for United Coin Machine Company dbat Victorian Penny Park. United Coin Machine Company is a licensed Slot Route Vendor, with several current gaming licenses for various businesses throughout the area. Mr. Woodson has been the President of United Coin Machine Company since December, 1988.
Analysis: Mr. Woodson has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements.
Alternatives: Council may approve or disapprove this application.
