The Court is requesting approval of the Judge Pro Tempore list for the calendar year 2019.

Background:

Pro Tempore Judges are utilized by the Municipal Court in the event that a Judge is unavailable to hear matters due to illness, vacation, mandatory judicial training, and attendance at judicial conferences and/or recusal of a case. Pro Tempore Judges are necessary to fulfill the legal requirement of case processing and timely disposition. This recommendation establishes a list of Pro Tempore Judges for the calendar year 2019.
