An announcement of the vacancy for 1 member from the residential construction industry for a 2-year term on the EFAC was made at the November 27, 2017 City Council meeting; however, the appointment was not finalized at that time.

The current encumbant's term expired December 31, 2017.  The new term will begin with appointment and last until December 31, 2019.  Term limits are not outlined in Resolution No. 3057.
