Background:
Mr. Matthew Flandermeyer is applying for a Gaming License for Sartini Gaming, LLC, dba Paddy & Irene’s Irish Pub, located at 906 Victorian Avenue #A, Sparks, NV. Mr. Matthew Flandermeyer has been the manager of Sartini Gaming, LLC since 02/14. Prior to him operating Sartini Gaming, LLC, dba Paddy & Irene’s Irish Pub, Mr. Flandermeyer has been the Chief Financial Officer/Vice President for Golden Gaming, Inc. located at 6595 South Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV from 10/08/07 to present. Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer/financial leadership for Stir Crazy Partners, LLC located at 303 W. Erie, 6th Floor, Chicago, IL from 07/31/07 to 10/05/07. He was a private consultant from 01/07 to 07/31/07. From 11/05 to 01/07, Mr. Flandermeyer was the Chief Financial Officer/financial leadership for GRS, LLC located at 152 W. Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI. From 11/01 to 10/05, Mr. Flandermeyer was Chief Financial Officer/VP of Finance/financial leadership for M3CVP Clubhouse International, LLC located at 180 N. Stetson, Suite 5300, Chicago, IL. Mr. Flandermeyer has had numerous liquor and gaming licenses in his history of employment.

Mr. Matthew Flandermeyer has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements.

Council may approve or disapprove this application.
Recommended Motion:
I move to approve Mr. Matthew Flandermeyer's application for a Gaming license for Sartini Gaming, LLC, dba Paddy & Irene’s Irish Pub, located at 906 Victorian Avenue #A, Sparks, NV contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
