Title: Consideration and possible approval of an application for a gaming license for 1250 Disc, LLC dba Vista Grille, located at 1250 Disc Drive, Sparks, NV submitted by Mr. Dale Ernest McKenzie.

Recommendation: It is recommended that Council approve Mr. McKenzie’s application for a Gaming license contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI/CJIS that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
Financial Impact: $120.00 x 10 = $1,200.00 annually. There will be ten, multi-denominational, bar-top slot machines.

Background: Mr. Dale Ernest McKenzie is applying for a Gaming license for 1250 Disc, LLC dba Vista Grille. Mr. McKenzie is the Owner of Vista Grille. Mr. McKenzie has also been the Owner of McKenzie Properties, located in Reno, NV, since 1977.
Analysis: Mr. McKenzie has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements.
