Background:
The City of Sparks has three Planning Commissioners who are appointed to serve on the Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Commission. Currently, Commissioners Tom Lean, Art Sperber, and Doug Voelz represent the City on the Regional Planning Commission. Commissioner Lean has expressed interest in reappointment and the Sparks Planning Commission recommended his reappointment during their June 2, 2016 meeting.
