This agenda item is presented following the presentation, discussion and possible approval of a city reorganization plan recommending complement changes in the Community Services Department.  Amendments to the Mid Management, Professional and Technical Resolution, Appendix A are recommended to implement the reorganization proposed by staff.

1.  The City Council may approve the Appendix A title and salary range additions and deletions as presented by staff.

2.  The City Council may not approve Appendix A title and salary range additions and deletions as presented by staff.

3.  The City Council may not approve Appendix A title and salary range additions and deletions, but provide direction or alternatives to the City Manager.

I move to approve Amendment No. 1 to Appendix A of the Mid Management, Professional and Technical Resolution (R3279) including title and salary range additions and deletions.
