Title: Consideration and possible approval of an amendment to an existing Interlocal Cooperative Agreement (ICA) with the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County for the Signal Timing 4 Project.

Agenda Item Brief:
The amendment may extend the reimbursement clause agreement up to December 31, 2015.
Background:
The City of Sparks has provided staff to assist the RTC in implementing new signal timing into the City of Sparks central traffic system. The original Interlocal Cooperative Agreement (ICA), entered into on May 12, 2014, allowed the RTC to reimburse the City of Sparks for staff time up until October 31, 2015. The attached ICA amendment allows the RTC to reimburse the City of Sparks up to December 31, 2015.

Recommended Motion:
I move to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Traffic Signal Timing 4 Project Interlocal Agreement (AC5041) to extend the reimbursement clause to December 31, 2015.
