Ms. Shay Lynn Westfall has worked part-time as a bartender for the last 3 years. Ms. Westfall has a certificate of training as a bartender.  Ms. Westfall acted as an assistant manager for her parent’s trailer sales and repair business.  The seller has agreed to hire Ms. Westfall as a bartender for approximately 2 months prior to the completion of the transfer during which time the seller will ensure Ms. Westfall is completely trained on the current practices and procedures used by the current owner.  Ms. Westfall has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and has been employed as a Peace Officer for the past 17 years.

Ms. Shay Lynn Westfall has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements.

Council may approve or disapprove this application.

I move to approve Ms. Shay Lynn Westfall’s application for a Gaming license for The Local, LLC, dba Outer Limits Lounge located at 404 North McCarran Blvd., Sparks, NV, contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
