The Miramonte Phase 4B Unit 2. Final Map will create 104 residential lots within the Miramonte New Urban District. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
The Miramonte Phase 4B Unit 2 subdivision is a continuation of the Miramonte New Urban District. The Miramonte Phase 4B Unit 2 subdivision will be generally located east of South Los Altos Parkway and west of Belmar Drive with access from Kimberlite Drive and Platinum Way. This subdivision will create 104 residential lots on 33.98 acres. The Developer will be Corona Miramonte, LLC.
The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking and inspection fees have been paid. A performance bond has been filed with the City Clerk to guarantee the construction of the public improvements.
The City Council may or may not approve the final subdivision map as submitted by the developer.
