Background:
On September 12, 2012 the City Council voted to approve the City of Sparks' membership in the Western Nevada Development District.
Annual dues Invoice and 2015 summary is attached.
The previous bill was $4,512.00. The WNDD Board of Directors approved a dues increase at their February 11, 2015 meeting. Dues were reduced in 2007 and FY 2016 is the first increase in membership dues since that time.
