• 5.1 Consideration and possible approval of the minutes of the Sparks Redevelopment Agency Meeting of May 26, 2015 and the Sparks Redevelopment Budget Hearing of May 19, 2015. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)

6. Report of Claims and Bills approved for payment and appropriation transfers for the period May 21, 2015 through June 3, 2015. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)

7. Public hearing, consideration and possible approval for the Victorian Square Property Exchange Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sparks, the City of Sparks and Wolfhound Holdings, LLC to exchange real property located in Victorian Square, including all or portions of parcels identified as Washoe County Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 032-135-14 and 032-136-11. The Agency Board is also requested to make a finding that the disposition of Redevelopment Agency property is necessary to effectuate the Redevelopment Plan. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
