Agenda Item Brief:

Hydrocarbons have been found in the ground on City property located at 1344 Victorian Avenue by a potential purchaser of the property.  The property is located at the northeast corner of Victorian Avenue and Victorian Plaza Circle (formerly 13th Street) and carries Assessor’s Parcel Number 032-135-13.  The City needs to conduct investigations and potentially develop a mitigation plan, the details of which will unfold as the scope of the contamination is identified.
