Agenda Item Brief:

Horizon Christian Church has submitted a reversion to acreage map for Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map 2779. The reversion to acreage map has been reviewed by the Community Services Department and has been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.

Background:

Horizon Christian Church is the owner of parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map 2779 and have requested a reversion of acreage of parcels 1 and 2 into a single parcel for construction of a new church. The parcels are located west of the intersection of Prater Way and Vista Boulevard.

Analysis:

The final reversion to acreage map been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking fees have been paid. A performance bond is not required to be filed with the City Clerk as no public improvements are associated with this map.

Alternatives:

The City Council may or may not approve the reversion to acreage map as submitted by the owners.

Recommended Motion:

I move to approve the reversion to acreage map for Horizon Christian Church.
