Title: Consideration and possible approval of an application for a Gaming license for Bully's Sports Bar & Grill, Inc. dba Bully's Vista #5, located at 2898 Vista Blvd., Sparks, NV, submitted by Ms. Sharling Jo Sonner (for possible action).
Petitioner/Presenter: Ms. Sharling Jo Sonner/Steve Keefer, Chief of Police
Recommendation: It is recommended that Council approve Ms. Sonner's application for a Gaming license contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI/CJIS that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions, and upon issuance of a gaming license by Gaming Control Board.
Financial Impact: $120.00 x 15 = $1,800.00 annually. There will be fifteen, multi-denominational, bar-top slot machines.

Background: Ms. Sharling Jo Sonner is applying for a Gaming license for Bully's Sports Bar & Grill, Inc. dba Bully's Vista #5. Ms. Sonner is the President of Bully's Sports Bar & Grill, Inc., and has been an owner since May, 1994. Ms. Sonner has applied for liquor & gaming licenses for several other Bully's locations in Sparks.

Analysis: Ms. Sonner has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements.

Alternatives: Council may approve or disapprove this application.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve Ms. Sonner's application for a Gaming license for Bully's Sports Bar & Grill, Inc. dba Bully's Vista #5, lcoated at 2898 Vista Blvd., Sparks, NV contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
