Recommendation: That the City Council approve the minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of August 22, 2011, and the Special City Council Meeting of August 29, 2011.

Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of August 22, 2011, and the Special City Council Meeting of August 29, 2011.

Background: Approval of the Sparks City Council Minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives: The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of August 22, 2011, and the Special City Council Meeting of August 29, 2011.
