Agenda Item Brief: The Como @ D'Andrea Final Map will create 31 residential lots within the D'Andrea Planned Development. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
Background: The Como at D'Andrea Subdivision is a continuation of the D'Andrea Planned Development. The Como subdivision will be generally located north of North D'Andrea Parkway and east of Tedesco Drive. This subdivision will crate 31 residential lots on 46.15 acres. The Developer will be LW D'andrea, LLC (Lennar Reno)
Analysis: The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking and inspection fees have been paid. A performance bond has been filed with the City Clerk to guarantee the construction of the public improvements.
Alternatives: The City Council may or may not approve the final subdivision map as submitted by the developer.
Recommended Motion: "I move to approve the Como @ D'Andrea Final Subdivision Map as submitted by Staff"
